Silicone Baking Machine – siloxane removal
This foam silicone calendering workshop is the core section in the production of foam silicone products. Mainly responsible for the continuous forming and processing of liquid silicone raw materials. All-in-one facilities that remove siloxane acid on their own in the production process without the need for additional siloxane acid removal facilities.

Set within the range of 65-180℃ according to the silicone formula to precisely control the foaming rate and curing degree.
By increasing the number of high-temperature baking stages, silane small molecules can be effectively volatilized and reduced.
The thickness error of the finished product is controlled within ±0.1mm to ensure material uniformity.
The continuous production line can achieve a maximum processing speed of 2 meters per minute, suitable for large-scale orders.
Supports the molding of foamed silicone products with a thickness of 1- 10 mm, and is compatible with various form requirements such as coiled materials and molded parts.
