Dongguan Sheen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the development and manufacturing of high-performance Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs), aiming to enhance the thermal dissipation capabilities, reliability, and lifecycle performance of electronic, automotive, telecommunications, energy, and industrial systems worldwide.
Currently, the two websites—شين تكنولوجي و مواد اللمعان—both operate under the umbrella of the Sheen Group.
Specifically, شين تكنولوجي focuses primarily on explaining, elaborating upon, and illustrating Sheen’s “products and manufacturing capabilities”—covering aspects such as manufacturing conditions, production protocols, manufacturing equipment, customization options, and more. مواد اللمعان, conversely, serves to provide users with content regarding “application case studies, usage scenarios, product selection and validation, and usage instructions.”

2005 Company Founded Started as a thermal materials trading company, supplying TIMs to electronics manufacturers in South China. 2008 In-House Manufacturing Began Built our first 400 m² production facility with a team of 15 employees and transitioned from trading to manufacturing thermal interface materials.

Spanning a facility area of 13,000 square meters and employing a workforce of over 190 professionals, the company has cultivated deep expertise in thermal interface materials for 18 years. Its comprehensive product portfolio includes graphene, carbon fiber, boron nitride, and silicone thermal pads; thermal grease; thermal gels; non-silicone thermal pads; thermal phase-change materials; and foamed silicone.
Targeting sectors such as high-power AI chips, 5G communication equipment, data centers, intelligent automotive driving systems, consumer electronics, and power & energy storage systems, the company has developed a series of advanced thermal interface materials backed by independent intellectual property rights.
