# SE600AB Термогель 6,0 Вт/мК

- SE600AB 6.0 W/m·K Two-Part Thermal Gel (Thermal Putty) is a silicone resin-based flexible gap filler.
- It cures into an elastomer, providing both heat transfer and shock absorption to protect electronic components.
- It features low thermal impedance, minimal oil bleeding, and superior extrusion properties.
- Once cured, the elastomer maintains the required thickness, offering shock absorption, and can replace traditional thermal pads while being rework-friendly.
- Thickness and shape can be precisely controlled using automated dispensing equipment.
