# SE30 써멀 젤 3.0 W/mK

SE30은 열을 발생시키는 전자 부품과 방열판 또는 하우징 사이의 큰 갭 허용 오차 애플리케이션을 위해 설계된 유연한 실리콘 기반 열 전도성 갭 필러입니다. 3.0W/m-K의 열 전도성, 낮은 계면 열 저항, 우수한 요변성으로 표면 간의 밀착을 돕고 열 저항을 줄이며 방열 효율을 향상시킵니다.

SHEEN의 SE 시리즈 1K 열 젤 제품군에 속하는 SE30은 부드러움, 압축성, 안정적인 디스펜싱 성능 및 안정적인 전기 절연성을 결합한 제품입니다. 수동 또는 디스펜싱 장비를 사용하여 도포할 수 있어 재료 배치 제어, 낮은 조립 응력, 복잡한 전자 구조의 유연한 틈새 충진이 필요한 프로젝트에 적합합니다.
